How do I return an item?

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Reporting damage

Did you receive a damaged product? Report this within 5 business days of receipt via info@the-matcha-shop.com. Please include photos of the damage.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order.
