- 150 grams flour
- 1 egg (at room temperature)
- 200 ml milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Sift the flour, matcha, and baking powder together into a large bowl
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add milk and butter
- Add the wet mixture to the dry — stir until just combined (lumps are fine!)
