Article 2 - Orders

An order is established once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders or to impose additional conditions.

Article 3 - Prices

All prices on our website include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and are calculated separately at checkout.

Article 4 - Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed. See our shipping page for more information.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. The product must be returned unopened and unused. See our return policy for more information.

Article 6 - Applicable law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Alkmaar.
